24 hours customer service
Maybank Maybank Maybank..customer service is really bad.... I had called up for 2 days...but no one pick up the call ...ermm I know I called up a bit late around 11pm....but ta customer service is 24 hourss!!!!! why no one pick up!!!! keep me on hold ta line....waste my money & time.....then dun call it 24 hours customer service lar!!!!!!!!

Errr....I know how you feel! I'm been stuck by that problem before that Maybank (so call) 24/7 service but no people even pick up my call that i been try to make by days....Even when they pick up my call also they unable to help me settle my problem.End up i have to took a day off to go one of the branch and settle it.I wonder if there people working on they call center?
haih....I went to ta branch this afternoon and I dun get any solution.They helped me to call up customer service & there is no problem with my credit card after ta checking.I told them I got rejected by the Bank when I try to make payment to Maxis..then they ask me to check with Maxis..Haiya..I dun think is Maxis problem.....because is rejected by bank...is BANK PROBLEM.....
