Exam soon...

Finally i have finish the report on CRM.....going to hand in later.....
but i havent write anything for my consultancy report.... sap sap ** cant get any information from the internet and all the consultancy refrence book in library have been borrow by others students.......so sad.....duno how to do arr.....anyone can help ?????
